The book illustrated with magnificent color drawings by Japanese artists of the 19th century. Acquaintance with Japanese kaidans not only entertains the reader, but also allows you to better understand the unique culture of this country. Mythology reveals the culture and history of the Japan people. My inspiration is culture and as a symbol of Japan Torii gate. A Torii (Japanese: 鳥居, [to.ɾi.i]) is a traditional Japanese gate most commonly found at the entrance of or within a Shinto shrine, where it symbolically marks the transition from the mundane to the sacred. Torii have two entrances or two exits, two worlds, two aisles. Thinking over the design, I started from traditional Japanese architecture and put my vision of Japanese culture into the form.
